Work at your own pace: Explore the materials on your schedule.
Start with structure: Use guides, frameworks, and worksheets rather than beginning with a blank page.
Adapt to your practice: Consider your team, priorities, and organizational circumstances.
Prepare for informed conversations: Organize questions and information to review with your professional advisors.
Employment, financial, and operational materials are intended for education, planning, and adaptation. They do not replace individualized legal, tax, accounting, payroll, or other professional advice.

Fees, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy
The following policy applies to purchases from The Mental Health Executive LLC. Please review the product description, delivery format, access requirements, and applicable terms before purchasing.
Recorded Webinars and On-Demand Courses
Recorded webinars and on-demand courses are self-directed learning experiences. Access instructions and any applicable access period are provided in the product description or purchase confirmation.
Because these purchases provide access to digital educational content, sales are generally final, except as required by applicable law or where a refund is approved through the review process below. Not completing a course or experiencing personal scheduling conflicts does not, by itself, qualify a purchase for a refund.
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please email carla@thementalhealthexecutive.org with your order information and a description of the issue so we can help troubleshoot. Issues with your own internet connection, device, or software do not ordinarily qualify for a refund. If an issue on our side prevents delivery of the purchased content, please contact us so we can work toward an appropriate resolution.
Downloadable Templates, Toolkits, and E-Books
Templates, toolkits, e-books, and other downloadable resources are designed for independent use and adaptation. The product description identifies the materials included and any stated software requirements.
Because these purchases provide digital materials that cannot be returned, sales are generally final, except as required by applicable law or where a refund is approved through the review process below.
Please contact carla@thementalhealthexecutive.org if a file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible so we can help resolve the problem.
Requests for Review
If you have a concern about a course or digital resource, please email carla@thementalhealthexecutive.org with:
Your name and order number or purchase date.
The name of the product.
A description of your concern.
Any relevant access issues or differences between the product description and the materials received.
The Mental Health Executive LLC may consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis. Review may include the nature of the concern, the accuracy of the product description, access or download records where available, course completion where relevant, and steps taken to resolve the issue.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or credit. Any discretionary credit, including its permitted use and expiration if applicable, will be explained when offered. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Live Online or In-Person Trainings—When Offered
For live trainings, cancellation requests must be received by email at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled start time to qualify for a refund. Requests received fewer than 14 calendar days before the training, as well as nonattendance, are not eligible for a refund, except as required by applicable law.
Send cancellation requests to carla@thementalhealthexecutive.org and include your registration information and the training title.
Virtual access instructions or in-person location details will be provided before the event. A recording is included only when expressly stated in the event description.
If The Mental Health Executive LLC cancels a live training, registrants will receive a refund of the registration fee. If a training is rescheduled, registrants may choose to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a refund.
